another good dps spec is Balrocks frost dps spec but it is mainly a Dual weld dps spec and for tank spec I have no trouble with Balrock's Blood spec, nice for healers as u can heal urself form your own Death strike ( i heal for about 5.5k per death strike).

This spec ALONE Made a huge difference to my damage output. I find that more often than not my health bar barely even dips while I have this baby in play. It is freaking epic. But only if you use it right. So, heres the best way to get the most out of this spec...



First of all, Death and Decay, ALWAYS open with Death and Decay, its a great aoe dot and looks real purty too.
Next up you need to hit your opponent with Icy Touch. This will not only slow down their melee attacks but also give them ANOTHER dot.
Now you have weakened your foe its time to stab the bitch up, use Heart strike to cut em deep 3 times, making use of the disease's youve already stacked.
Now its time for a Plague Strike to relly get your enemy infected, causing yet more disease.
Lastly at this point if needed, or more often even if not I like to finish off this poor doomed Mob with Death Coil, and watch them fall down like a sack of spuds!

Now, you know how to deal with single Mobs, but what about multiple swarms which attack? Simple, hit up Death and Decay again, slam Icy touch on the nearest dude, then I like to use Pestilence to spread any disease to the other mobs, and stab Blood Boil to give them all a nasty bite.

If you find yourself loosing health from the swarming of mobs or elites then your new best friends are Vampiric blood to regain some health for all the damage you inflict and also Death Strike to deal wicked damage as well as a welcome jolt to your health.

Lastly a word on stances, if you think DPSing a Blood spec in frost is a good idea... then wow. Although I have done it a few times by mistake after switching from this to my Tank Spec, rofl. Unholy does make your cooldowns a tiny bit quicker... but in terms of self healing, stick with Blood Spec.
